Thanks, friend.

The short answer to your first question is no, but it depends on how you define "worthwhile."

Vaughn is inactive every night. Turning him into nothing or a player like Sean Williams might be a good calculated risk. But in general the Spurs will have to use the next two offseasons to address these issues, unless they strike unexpected gold.

Regarding Hill: he's plays sheepishly at times and defers too much to Ginobili. However, I think he is playing well above expectation and projects into a fine NBA player. Pop has benched him in a few second halves, but more or less gives him consistent minutes and has confidence in him.

David Thorpe seemed to have the opposite take on Hill that Hill has been great at adapting to the needs of the team with the most recent outing an example of that. The team needed scoring so he gave them scoring.

Great article. It's probably good news that even in our subpar play we're second in the West.

Two questions:

1) Do we have a shot at ANYONE worthwhile (other than hoping for Joe Smith) to help us with our slashing and/or post needs?

2) What has been up with George Hill lately? Until the most recent game it seemed as if Pop had stopped playing him, thus defeating his ongoing development.
