48MoH Signs Two Free Agents, Remains $69.9 Million Under the Luxury Tax
Tim and I are excited to announce that we are adding two new staff writers to the 48 Minutes of Hell team. I’d like to introduce Jesse Blanchard and Andrew A. McNeill.
Jesse will be our man in San Antonio. Jesse is a former newspaper reporter and San Antonio native, and lifelong Spurs fan. He has a degree in journalism from Our Lady of the Lake University and is returning to school for a teaching degree. You may recognize Jesse from the comments section and from his work at Bank Shots.
Andrew will be our Toros Correspondent, although his work won’t be limited to Austin. After growing up in San Antonio, Andrew spent two years at Temple College in Temple, Texas and then transferred to Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas in 2006. He received his B.A. in Mass Communication – Print Journalism from Texas State in August 2008. You can read Andrew’s previous work at Geeking About Sports and ATX Sports.
We’re happy to have Jesse and Andrew as a part of the team and are looking forward to the excellent coverage they’ll provide.

Sweet. more people to feed my Spurs blog addiction. It’s bad enough i’m reading everything here and on PTR. I think i need counseling. Since you’ve got so much more room under the cap, i suggest that be your next hire.

Thank you, you’re far too kind. I’m just happy we were able to work out an incentive-laden deal that allowed me to get mine and live the lifestyle I’m accustomed to, while giving the team flexibility down the road.

Thanks for the kind words. Having read through this blog over the past year, just the professionalism and the way they go about things here on this blog, it’s just exciting to think that I’ll be able to be a part of this.
(If that sounds familiar, I borrowed a bit from Richard Jefferson’s first press conference)
Well, hope I can just continue the good work this site has been known for and spark some interesting basketball discussions.
