Episode 5 of the 48MoH Podcast: Stood Up

The 48MoH guys were expecting to have John Krolik of Cavs: the Blog on to share some overreactions to the Cavs-Spurs game, and to discuss this year’s Cavs team and how it’s different from the 2007 team that was swept by the Spurs in the Finals. Unfortunately, Krolik couldn’t make it. So instead, Graydon and I pretended we knew what we were talking about when discussing the Cavs and somehow managed to turn out a half-decent show.

  • NOt much about the SPURS but still good basketball talk.

I think champs are always the favorites until someone knocks them out. I personally feel The Lakers can be beat by anybody this year. They made a mistake with Artest. They should’ve kept ARIZA.

I agree that SHAQ didn’t put the CAVS over the top. I actually thought they were still the same team as last year. I was surprised that they are the No 1 team in the league. Shaq was basically brought in to play in the eastern c. finals against D. Howard.

And I would always take Manu over TP. But having TP wouldn’t be bad either.

  • A lot of off tangentness. But it still worked out. Good show.
