I can’t stop laughing at abstract Duncan putting Fisher on the floor. Go Spurs Go!
Where is “What’s the story?” That’s like the first thing I look for after every win.
We were shorthanded last night, so Matt was the only one covering. Had to prioritize what we were going to do and WtS got cut, unfortunately.
Booo! I could not wait to read it as soon as Leonard posterized Ibaka at the start of the game. The fact that the game was excellent would have made it a great read as well. :/
Phenomenal win last night; so cathartic on multiple levels. Still riding the high!
Thank you for pointing that out. You have just added 10 minutes of laughter to my day.
(God, I hate Derek Fisher so much.)
Great work! Really fun to watch!
hi guys. you are doing a great job. Thanks!
Here is my contribution from Argentina. In this link you can find a column written by Manu, published today in a national newspaper (La Nación, today’s edition).
I’m sure you can make good use of it, with some translator.
check out paragraph 4, where he describes that 3 point play!
my thoughts exactly
i cant stop watching lol
I thought you guys might get a kick out of this. I used a translator for that link that Gus shared, and in the comments some of our Spanish speaking Spurs friends were trying to understand how Manu could be so highly regarded if he was not a starter. Kind of cool to see how it was explained, was way cool seeing how the spurs fans transcends the USA:

Can those who understand basketball… explain me? When speaking of Manu (the video of 2013 also) mentions it as “the best 6th man of history”; If I understand correctly, it would be the best 1st alternate. But when he speaks of the dynasty of the Spurs, it speaks of the “Trident”, Duncan-Parker-Ginobili. The fact that Manu is out on the bench has to do with a positional topic? Strategic / tactical? It really is a first alternate, or one of the three best team and out positional issues in banking? Thanks to anyone who can desasnar me.

@DOGOMAN It is a strategic matter. In the basket be alternate is not the same as in football, for the simple reason that the changes are unlimited. Holders real are not those who start the match, who closed it. clutch time. The use that make the spurs of the second unit is also quite particular and one of its top weapons. Of course that Manu is still very important in the spurs, so it means having a legend playing on the computer: the left-hander with more points in the history of playoffs, champion of Euroleague, NBA and the Olympics, etc. The Trident is the winningest in the history of the playoffs… 3 have secured a place in the Hall of Fame. Manu for what he did in the NBA and what he did in FIBA for the selection as well as in Italy. The enter “alternate” is not for everyone, because your stats (very important thing in the NBA) suffer… because even though you play the minutes more important, end up playing less minutes. Manu and the rest of the spurs don’t care personal statistics, you are interested in winning, and that is what makes them so great and so different to the rest of the League.
Pedrorojasc gets it! Pretty neat, even translated I don’t think I could have said it better.
I noticed the Margin never appeared. Ironic giving how small it was this time
It only took him .4 seconds to hit the floor.
