4-Down Podcast, Ep. 64: Back in business

The last time we did one of these, Andrew and I each predicted the Spurs to win the NBA Finals. History has since determined us both to be wrong. But a quick couple of months later, here we are less than 30 days from the opening of NBA training camps.

On the 64th episode of the 4-Down Podcast, we rehashed on the NBA Finals experience, the Spurs’ offseason — in particular the re-signings of Manu Ginobili and Tiago Splitter — and what’s in store moving forward. Basketball’s almost back, folks, so make sure you’re wounds are licked and ready to go for another run at a fifth title.

On top of that, come on back to 48 Minutes of Hell, as Andrew and I are both back in the saddle and ready to get you guys the consistent info that’s been lacking. Also, remember to subscribe to our podcast if you’d like, and leave comments. We want to know what you think.

Until next time….

There have been a various formats for quick recaps (Conclusion, Margin) used on this website, and I like them a lot. These are easier than writing an article and yet they are fun to read and aren’t found on other Spurs news sites, making them unique to 48MoH. I hope that you guys can collaborate to get one of these up following each Spurs game the coming year. I realize that it’s all a time commitment for you guys, but if some of the previous writers (Varner and Gordon) can agree to cover, say, 12-2o games each with such quick summaries (it would be nice if David Menendez Aran would write an essay each season, too) then that would give you guys some nights off and make it easier to have timely content following all the games, along with the great articles and analysis from you guys.

Welcome back. Look forward to some new stuff.
